Systems Requirements

Online Banking is available to both PC and Apple Mac users with modern internet enabled machines. A printer is also recommended.

To access Online Banking, you will need the appropriate browser software (e.g. Microsoft Edge) and operating system (e.g. Windows 7, Windows 10) on your machine.

It is possible other versions will work but you may experience problems which our Helpdesk will not be able to support.

Browser updates are available free of charge from the Microsoft and Firefox and Chrome web sites. Updates of the browsers provided with operating systems have been installed automatically with operating system updates. Operating systems can be purchased from software vendors.

To determine which version of Windows you are running:

Windows 7

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then select Control Panel
2. Read information in Widows specifications section

Windows 10

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then select About
2. In Control Panel, double-click System and Security
3. Select the System, read information in Widows Edition section

To determine which version of macOS you are running on your Mac:

1. Click on the Apple icon, in the top left-hand corner
2. Select About this Mac

To determine which version of Microsoft Edge you are running:

1. Select Settings icon from the browser menu (...)
2. Select About this app and look for the version number

To determine which version of Firefox you are running:

1. Select Help from the browser top menu
2. Select About Firefox

To determine which version of Chrome you are running:

1. Select Help from the browser top menu
2. Select About Google Chrome

To determine which version of Safari you are running:

1. Select Safari from the browser top menu
2. Select About Safari
